With its operations transferred to the nearby town of Duque de Caxias and its original premises sold off by the Bunge Group, the question arises: what will be the new purpose of the Moinho Fluminense complex? What might its new identity be? The immediate future of the Rio Docklands could suggest the best reply.

Meanwhile, its current owner – Autonomy Investimentos intends to set out on a new path. The Moinho Fluminense mill cannot halt, as the vitality of Antonio Jannuzzi, Gianelli brothers and the Bunge Group recalls the power of the legendary phoenix. Never dying, this mythical bird is constantly reborn with more power, energy and creative flair. And this is what Rio de Janeiro wants.
